Julafton 24 december 2009 (Christmas Day 24 december 2009)

Idag är det äntligen Julafton och jag får följa med Malin hem och fira tillsammans med hennes familj, det ska bli spännande. Här sitter jag vid deras julgran.

Today it´s Christmas Day and Malin took me home to celebrate with her family. Here I am sitting by the Christmas Tree.

Den här veckan har jag hjälpt barnen på 5-årsgruppen att klä granen, det blev riktigt snyggt och jag var väldigt bra på att sätta dit toppstjärnan.
(This week i have helped the children in the 5-year class to decorate the christmas tree. I was the only one who could attach the star on the top.)

Pepparkaksbak

Idag lärde jag barnen hur man bakar goda pepparkakor, kakorna ska vi bjuda föräldrar och syskon på när vi firar lucia på torsdag. MUMS!!!!
(Today I teached the children how to make very tasty gingerbread cookies, were gonna offer the cookies to the childrens parents and theirs brothers and sisters when we are celebrating Lucia on thursday. YUMMY!!)

Hemma igen

Efter en härlig resa är det ändå skönt att komma hem igen och träffa Mojje och alla barnen. Den 1.a december öppnade vi första luckan i julkalendern, där fanns en uppgift till barnen att göra det "juligt" på väggen. Åh vad fint det blev tyckte både jag och Mojje

(After a Great trip it feels good to come home and meet Mojje and all the children again. The 1:st of December we turned the first number in our christmas calender, the children got a task to make the wall more "christmaslike". Both Mojje and me thought it became very nice.

Hemresan lördagen den 28:e november

Hejdå England! Hej Sverige jag är på väg tillbaka. Vi ses på måndag Mojje och alla barn på Vallby!
(Bye bye England! Hello Sweden i´m on my way back home, see you on monday Mojje and all the kids at Vallby) Här är planet som ska flyga oss till Sverige igen.

På hemresedagen var jag lite trött så jag vilade mej på tåget som tog oss till flygplatsen

(On the trip home I was a bit tired, here I´m getting a nap in the train to the airport.)

Julfest, med ÖVERRASKNING

Sen kom den STORA överraskningen, Mojjes lillasyster Molly bodde på skolan, hon gav mig och Mojje en julklapp. Vi satt sedan under julgranen hela kvällen och pratade.
(Then came the BIG surprise, Mojjes little sister Molly lived at the school, she gave me and Mojje a christmas cracker. Then we sat under the christmas tree all night and talked)

Oj vad mycket godsaker, men varken spindlar eller ormar. Vilken konstig mat dom har här i england.

(Ohh! lots of different puddings and other sweets, but not spiders or a snakes. What a strange food it is here in england)På kvällen skulle vi till julfest på Broadway infant school, då tog jag på mej mina festkläder, alla tyckte att jag blev väldigt tjusig!
(In the evning we were invited to a christmas party at Broadway infant school. I dressed up in my best clothes and everyone said that I was looking very fancy.)
